The equipment integrates the entire process of coating, drying, and winding, and can stably complete multi-layer coating processing, ensuring coating uniformity and ink absorption performance. It is suitable for continuous production of multiple specifications of inkjet photo paper, with sufficient production capacity and stable product quality. The equipment has a high degree of automation and can achieve continuous operation, efficiently producing various types of inkjet paper such as high gloss and matte.

Equipped with 12 paper slitting machines, this production line is dedicated to processing inkjet photo paper.

It can accurately cut raw paper into standard sheet sizes including A4, A3, 4R and 5R. Featuring stable operation and high cutting precision, the equipment ensures consistent product dimensions to meet diverse delivery requirements.

This production line is equipped with one professional embossing machine for surface texturing of inkjet photo paper.

It can create various textures including coarse and fine cloth grain, enhancing paper texture to meet diverse printing and visual requirements.
