Procurement & Usage Tips (FAQ)

• Must use dye-sublimation ink; ordinary dye/pigment inks cannot transfer
• Recommended to use Epson, Brother, or other piezoelectric inkjet printers (micro-piezoelectric print heads are less prone to clogging)
• Clean the print head before each printing session to prevent dye-sublimation ink crystallization and clogging

1. Temperature: 200-220°C (adjust ±5°C based on substrate thickness)
2. Time: 40-60 seconds (recommend extending to 70 seconds for dark-colored fabrics)
3. Pressure: Medium to high pressure (approx. 0.4-0.6 MPa)
4. The transfer paper must be peeled off immediately after transfer to avoid secondary adhesion

• Best compatibility: Fabrics with ≥65% polyester content (sportswear, flags, etc.)
• Special coated items: Ceramic mugs, metal plates, phone covers with polymer coatings
• Not transferable: Pure cotton, wool, wood, and other non-polyester or uncoated materials
• Conduct a small sample test before full transfer to confirm colorfastness and adhesion
